I am someone who is always willing to learn. I found my passion for bartending 5 years ago this during my time working in Catering and Hospitality. Now that I found my passion I cannot wait to learn more about Bartending
My experience in the gastronomy sector started 9 years ago in a restaurant with 500 seatplaces. 4 years ago I learned about services skills and how to make an unforgetable evening for your guests. when I was Eight Teen I started working in a beachbar on the most busiest day. All 1500 seatplace were full and we made only basic cocktails like Cuba Libres, Sex on the beach or Gin Tonics. On the non busy days I loved to make special cocktails for my guests like Pina colada´s, Mai Tai´s or my own creation of cocktails. After a while my boss hired me as a bar manager. My focus was to hold the team together, make time tables for the workers and also my job was to make sure the guests had a awesome atmosphere in the bar. After the Beachbar I started to work as waiter again, a specially here I learned a lot about wine and how to serve the wine in the right way. This year I decided that I definitely wanna learn more about professional bartending and decided to go to EBS Cape Town, which confirmed my passion for the Job in the Gastronomy. I am ready!
