it all started at the age of 14 as a barback in my country. at the age of 16 they entrusted me with the entire management of the bar with very flexible hours. after the EBS course I strengthened my specialties by starting to work in a shot bar for the winter season. In the summer I start working in a chiringuito on the beach 12 hours a day, becoming one of the best in town, I am a boy from Calabria and I love my land, I started from the bottom and I will always aim to improve, my dream is to open a chirunguito on the Spanish beaches.
