Pan Pacific (Chef) During my time I was given the role of head of the cold larder kitchen and I would often times lend a helping hand to the bartenders in the front. Aussie Events And Amusement (Amusement Ride Operator and assembeler) I am mainly sent to set up carnival rides and drive the bigger trailers to various locations. Daily Grind (Chef) I was just starting out and was given the responsibility to bake a majority of the cakes and I also worked closely with the head designer of the cakes. Masale (Chef) I was the sous chef in the kitchen and at first I was overwhelmed with the responsibility but soon managed to cope and take control of the kitchen.
