I’m an enthousiast and social individual who always tries to improve his skills and likes to challenge himself. Working hard and long shifts is not a problem for me because working in hospitality gives me satisfaction and energy. It’s not just work for me but creating a whole experience. One of the reasons of my previous travels is to reach a higher level as a bartender. For over ten years I’ve been working in hospitality. I started with a casual job as a dishwasher, I quickly moved up and hospitality became my passion. During these years I gained experience and I challenged myself in different types of hospitality. When I had to work at the Bacardi Legacy in Amsterdam I realised bartending was my favorite part of it. Since August 2019 when I followed the bartending course in Sydney I gained a lot of experience, learning about cocktails, spirits, wine and beer. I feel confident to say that I am an experienced bartender that can work in any type of bar. The last years I enlarged my knowledge about cocktails and the mixology part behind it. During this covid-19 pandemic I’ve been educating myself a lot. I watched cocktail videos on the internet and have been reading many books about cocktails and the hospitality industry. Besides educating myself I recorded cocktail instruction videos with Hyper Nederland for people back home who like to learn how to make cocktails. I’ve also been giving cocktail workshops and began my own hospitality brand called ‘Bousch Hospitality’ where I take care of events and private party’s.
