I am a graduate from the European Bartending school in Sydney, upon completion of the 4 week intensive course I went on to complete the mixology course. I am now Seeking a position as a bartender where I can utilize my bartending skills.
This experience has provided me with thorough knowledge of 74 classic cocktails, beer, wine, spirits and mixed drinks. Having worked in a bar as a glassy and bar back, I have gained experience in maintaining stocks, collecting empty glasses, maintaining the premises clean, ensuring there is plenty of clean glassware, and re-stocking ice. Furthermore I've also gained extensive knowledge and insights providing outstanding customer services by anticipating customer needs. having previously worked as a party host at Chipmunks play land & Cafe where I had to organise all events, times and schedules for each party and assist with food handling and making sure all parties run smoothly for each customers experience.
