Hello, I'm Erik.
I'm a friendly bartender from Italy with a huge beer passion along with the cocktails, of course. I can easily integrate into a new team as I worked with a lot of different people all over Australia. I am also reliable and always punctual.
With years going by since I first started the bartender career, I realised, that I love this industry more and more every day. Working in different venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, from restaurants to cocktail bars, made me understand that working behind a bar slinging cocktails is my favourite thing. Discussing about different cocktails and coming up with my own recipes together with my colleagues is so enjoyable that I can do it every given day. Meeting new people, both colleagues and customers, and have a chance to learn more and more about different things that constantly happen all over the world is one of the most fascinating things about this job. Bartending completely changed my life and it became a very big part of it.
