Hello, I'm Moritz.
Work-experience in gastronomy and hotelery made me tenacious and able to multi-task. I specialize in problem-solving and creativity, holding a strict work-discipline, while being able to socialize on a fun, friendly and open-minded basis.
Ever since I was a child, I have always been passionate about Gastronomy. Although it all started whilst growing up in my father’s own hotel, I decided to turn this passion into a career, when I decided to gain work experience at a five star hotel and abroad. Although I enjoyed my time at the 5 star hotel, something felt odd, it felt like something is missing from my life, and little did I know: I was lacking the oppurtunity to be able to outlet out my creativity. Henceforth, I decided to specialise in bartending. My bartending career stared in the EBS, where I specialised in several skills, ranging from Flair to Mixology. After completing my studies, I applied the knowledge, I have learnt, to the cruise and in one of Frankfurt’s top bars, located in the heart of the city center.
