Working in a Mexican bar & restaurant in Germany, Mainz, was a particular highlight for me. I have been part of this project from the beginning on, so I have met with providers of drinks for trying and buying new products. Hired, trained, supervised and motivated permanent and temporary staff. Created employee schedules based on expected customer numbers and way more. During this time I have grown so much, got more understanding for processes and felt even more in love with being a bartender. Even though I am sure there is lots to learn left and especially working in a different country would be a great way to do so.
