I approciate the bartendind when I was 19 at Akua Keta (Pisa), i was a runner and waiter but during the busiest night I started doing my firsts bartender shifts. After 3 years (during while I did i completely different job) I moved to Florence and I did a new whole Season (Sept-June) at Neropaco, still as a barback! Then when I moved back to Pisa i worked as barista (from making coffee and serving soft drinks to preparing breakfast, fast lunch and appetizer) and as a bartender during the evening shifts 3 days a week. After this experience i decided to improve my skill attending the EBS in Amsterdam, obtained the Diploma i started working during the weekend shifts at the tequila bar Calle Ocho in De Pijp, so busy place where i learned a lot about working under pressure and about taking care of a bar... as well as learning a lot of new tequila cocktail!
