I was working as Barista/Bartender/Bar menager/Supervisor/Waiter for around 10 years in few cafes, cocktail bars and restaurants on the island of Korcula in Croatia where I trained speed and resourcefulness as the summer seasons are bursting with people from all over the world. And with that I am very tidy and watching for details in every part of my job.
