Joyful, communicative bartender from Brazil who likes to create and experiment new cocktails.



After studying gastronomy I discovered a passion for drinks and cocktails. It makes me want to experiment with new things, create recipes and to share these findings. That's why I chose to be a bartender. The gastronomy course has given me a good understanding of flavours and how they interact. Besides all the knowledge about food and the food industry (such as health and safety laws). I also have worked as an IT teacher for the elderly for four years. From this position, I learned a lot regarding how to approach people, resolve confrontations, recognize differences and work around them while tending to everyone's needs. From my one month with the Outback Steakhouse, I was able to complete the training program and learn about teamwork, attending customers and serving as a waiter.
