i have worked behind many bars before all over Namibia most of them would just be a "Dive bar" which helped a lot in order to serve your guest as soon as possible . i have also worked in restaurant bars where one must learn wine and also lodges it was not always as busy at times but cleanliness was a definite and lastly i have done many event work from learning new cocktails on the spot and getting the job done to managing 7-8 bars with 3-5 containers and 50-70 staff all in one day to cater for about 5000-6000 people (with some help of course)
