Hello, I'm Jared.
Straight out of South Africa i joined EBS to learn. As a bartender i've leared that knowlage is power and in my travels i plan to learn from different bartenders around the world. I plan to mold with in myself a "global" taste palat.
Prior to joining EBS i've had 4 years experience. Since then i've earned my International, Mixo & WFA orange certificates.Im open to discovering new places & trying new things & want that aspect present in the work that i do & the key flavour in the drinks that i sling. In my persuit of happiness (as i like to put it) i learned how to work well and have fun under pressure, have a good time while my guest have a good time and ensure satisfactory service through out any busy night. I've gained a love for flair and travel and plan to go out there and taste the world. I've had the privilage to train under capetowns best bartenders and with this craft want to go out there and make the world taste better.
