Hello, I'm Susanna.
I am a very hard working, enthusiastic and friendly with a good sense of humor! I found a love for cocktails while working on Superyachts. I have 6 years of hospitality experience but would love to continue that into bar tending!!
My hospitality experiences ranges from working in a small cafe on the beachfront in Cornwall to working on a Superyacht and in a Royal palace in Saudi Arabia delivering only 7* service. I have learnt so much from all of these experiences as it has taught me how to read a lot of different people and being able to figure out their tastes and the kind of service they are wanting - whether they want ASAP or stylistic. These experiences taught me great time management skills and being able to work in extremely pressurizing situations, learning to be flexible and adaptable, and to expect the unexpected.
