Hello, I'm Logan.

I fell in love with bartending after learning on the job 4 years ago. Punctual, friendly, quick learner and love to prepare cocktail thanks to EBS.



I have been bartending for the past 4 years in a restaurant. Without any bartending background or education, before doing EBS in February 2019, i learned everything on the job. This job made me feel confident and taught me the organization to work quickly and well. Organisation was the key for me because, being alone at the bar, i had to take orders from customers, prepare the drinks for the waiters, link the food order from the waiter to the cook and deliver the food from the kitchen to the waiters. I was also in charge of the drinks and ice cream inventory and daily order.
