Hello, I'm Danil.
Scottish bartender with a passion for complex rums and classic beers and an even greater passion for meeting and interacting with new people from around the world.
Before bartending, I worked in retail for 4 years and developed a great amount of patience for even the most testing of customers. When I began my bartending career, it was during the busiest time in Edinburgh - the Edinburgh Fringe. I started on one of the busiest nights of the month in a large nightclub and fell in love with the fast-pace and large amount of pressure that serving 1000+ customers comes with. Meeting people from around the world and being able to have a laugh with them as I was serving them drinks gave me a great amount of joy.
