Young Spanish bartender living in London pursuing a growth in his early career.
I love bartending, I find awesome the many opportunities you can get, to be able to travel and find work, the opportunity to work in really nice clubs, bars, or awesome events, to meet new people every day, it makes me really want to grow as a bartender and start as soon as possible. I learned many things with the EBS course, having the basics to be able to grow in the right direction. I have worked as a waiter before, I really enjoyed it, it was my first job in the restauration industry, so everyday was a challenge where there so much to learn, how to interact with the customers and the other employees, how to be efficient and lose no time, how a restaurant works. To sum up, I have not much experience yet, but I consider that I have a strong foundation plus a eager to improve in every possible way.
