Hello, I'm Ben.

I am an extroverted person willing to take risks to improve my palate and skills behind bar whilst creating drinks to satisfy my customers wants and needs.

I was Head of House of a middle school boarding house, having been voted in by my peers. This helped me develop many skills useful in a working environment. As part of my role I had to be well presented and approachable for the younger boys in the house. Working with a team of prefects, my leadership skills evolved. A direct result of this was being made captain of the Rugby 7’s team. As I enjoy sport, my skills within a team environment have grown; I am able to work as a leader as well as listen to other people’s ideas which aides my personal development. I am an approachable, easy going person with a good sense of humour therefore capable of socialising with peers and guests. I can also be a strong motivator. Since finishing school I have gained a passion for working behind the bar once again working as part of a team and I am good in stressful situations such as having several guests needing service at once. I have experience working in bars in three different countries of which I have picked up many different skills thus making myself a reliable and trustworthy bartender.
