I have been in the hospitality industry for over 3 to 4 years. I have worked as a waiter, bartender, head bartender, event bartender and a bar manager. I am passionate about the bar side of the industry, be it serving a nice cold beer to a familiar local, up selling a bunch of glamorous cocktails to the a group of ladies on their night out or just engaging in conversation with the guests while remaining professional at all times. Throughout my time working in the industry, I learnt how to approach and handle different situations. Ranging from a customer complaint, to dealing with overly intoxicated customers, handling disputes amoungst fellow staff members and generally stepping in if it is my place to do so and I can do something about it. I believe I am experienced enough to make a great edition to your team and bring new aspect of charm and personality to your establishment.
