I've worked 1 year and 6 months in a Lounge Bar in Siena, Tuscany as a bartender (The Way - Lounge Bar). There i learnt all the basics from the head bartender who was coming back from London. On Tuesdays we had Jazz evenings, Friday live music and Saturday live dj sets, so i've been lucky enough to see, interact and learn to relate to a lot of different people. We used to make all the Classics + everything people use to drink in Italy of course, and we were asked to create a lot, both cocktails and shots. I'm used to work a lot and i think synergy it's crucial to overcome stressful situations.
