After completing the International Bartender (4 weeks) and Mixology (2 days) Course it has given me knowledge about spirits, wine, beer and numerous other amounts of important information to work behind a bar. I have learnt a vast amount of classic cocktails, how to free pour, the skill of flair and the to appreciate the importance of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar. My current position is i am a bartender in a busy hotel, this has built up my multitasking skills, enabled me to gain excellent customer service skills
