Hello, I'm Michael.
Hey! My name's Michael (or Mickey) and I'm looking to work both winter and summer seasons over the next 3 years to further improve my bartending knowledge. I want to travel to amazing places and make friends with new people!
At the moment, I am a full time bartender for the Silver Bullet Bar t based in Bad Gastein. After working in the graduating from EBS and working in Bad Gastein I am looking to further improve my bartending in the Summer time and further push myself to be as efficient and professional as possible. I’m an extremely trustworthy, time conscious and loyal person. I enjoy working in teams, but am also happy to work on my own if necessary. I can also stay very calm in situations containing conflict and approach it with an open mind, understanding why the customer may feel/acted the way they did and how I can prevent a similar situation happening in the future. I don't ever like to take the easy route and love to sell, sell, sell. A particular highlight for me was the Skiwasser competition where I sold a Bad Gastein special (4cl Vodka, 4cl Passionfruit Liqure and finished with a Smirnoff Ice) for 17 euros each. I managed to sell 132 in one week and won praise from my supervisor and managers... and a Skiwasser! I worked in a restaurant called the Black Horse Restaurant and wanted to push myself and put myself out there! I always want to be on the up and improve at whatever I am doing.
