Hello, I'm Hugo.
Completing the European Bartender School International Bartender Course in 2018 allowed me to build upon my extensive experience as an events bartender to become proficient and professional in any bartending situation.
After completing the EBS course I worked in Theo's Tavern in St Anton, Austria for the winter season where I learned to adapt to the 'work hard, play hard' ethos of working a season in the Alps. I then returned to the UK where I worked at the Roth Bar and Grill in Somerset where I honed my skills and extended my experience as a cocktail bartender. Travelling is a huge passion of mine and I have worked and travelled across 5 continents which has given me a strong sense of independence and the ability to adapt and work in any situation.
