Hello, I'm Karl Jesper.
Funny, interesting bartender from Sweden. I easily connect with people from all over the world. I'm still in the process of learning spanish but that has never stopped me from having a good time with Spanish people.
I have not worked in a bar before, but, I have worked as a teacher, an industrial mechanic and a food packer. So, transferable skills: as a teacher I stood in front of a lot of students who were all there for the same thing, knowledge, so I had to focus on them and give them just that. So in the bar I will already be familiar with focusing on the customer and provide them what they are there for. As a mechanic I learned to work with my hands and knowing the blueprints by heart. So in the bar, I will already be familiar with creating something for a customer and remembering the recipes. As a food packer, I was working under pressure because the food had to be delivered on time. So in the bar, I will already know how to manage stress and not keep the customer waiting. Worth mentioning is that I worked these three jobs at the same time.
