Hello, I'm Maximilian.
I am a confident and hardworking bartender who has a strong interest in Mixology and customer service. I enjoy spending time working different environments allowing me to be flexible during service.
Aug 2018 -Feb 2020. working at the Welldiggers Arms, Petworth. In this role I started as FOH before being moved into a dual FOH/bartender role. After returning from my travels I have moved into a full time bar role and tasked with creating a cocktail menu. Jan-Feb 2019 working in Darlo Country Club, A high class ‘apreswork/nightclub’ venue. In this roll I was a cocktail bartender in a very face paced venue. I also created new drinks for customers to enjoy. I left this role as I was leaving Sydney. Jan-Feb 2019 working in Vapiano King Street Sydney as Host. I left this role to continue my travels after leaving Sydney. July - Present day: Bar consultancy and employee of Real English Drinks House. Advising on bar creation, drinks menu and layout. 2019-present: bartender at Gorilla Events. Events across the country such as Mahiki Henley. July 2020-Present day - Swan Inn Chiddingfold. Pub bartender with some cocktails
