Fun and friendly bartender from America living in the Netherlands with a love for making cocktails.
What I benefitted from becoming a bartender is seeing how well I can entertain people, and how well I can work under stress. I really enjoy meeting new people from different parts of the world. I also found serving cocktails was much more fun then drinking them. Soon after attending a cocktail workshop, I knew I wanted to learn everything there is to know about classic cocktails and put my own twist on them. Now that I'm a EBS graduate, I have a better understanding about a balanced cocktail.
