Trained as a sale staff and office worker, I was searching for a new passion. And I found it. Bartending. I joined the EBS Dublin to get a basic knowledge in bartending and I'm now looking for my first experiences in a real bar. During my bar training I got more and more interested in the different kinds of cocktails, spirits and the experiences connected with them. Although those new adores my first interest has always been and will ever be the customer service. Talk to people, take care of their wishes and make them happy, is what I really want to do. And where is a better place to do so, than in your bar, giving your costumer their drink with a big smile and a nice chat?
