Hello, I'm Maura.

I am uncomplicated, friendly and organized. Definitely new in the world of bartending but very passionate about it!

I am currently living in Bern and taking a gap year before starting College. Last year I travelled through a big part of Latin America and North Africa, volunteering in different Hostels and Restaurants along my journey. From Mai until October I worked full time in a small, busy Restaurant as a waitress, where I gained experience in the gastronomic area and learned a lot about coffee preparation. I realized in these six months that I enjoyed a lot working with people, and being able to give the guests a good service. In November I visited the EBS in Amsterdam and the beer, wine and cocktail culture fascinated me instantly. I had a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to apply everything I learned in professional practice.
