After serving in the German army for two years I started traveling and visited the European Bartender School for four weeks. During the course, I experienced a lot of joy in learning all the important actions happening behind the bar on the one hand. On the other, I spent so much time studying the cocktail recipes and the theory of bartending, so that I developed true ambition and passion for getting faster and more accurate behind the bar and improving my knowledge. I am open minded, like to meet new people and enjoy the work with customers. Due to that, I work focused and disciplined.
