My name is Mathias Krogh, im 21 years old and currently based in Denmark. I've always loved to make people smile and be one of the reasons that they've had a good day. Being able to do that as a bartender is what i strive for.

I recently finished my 4 weeks internationel EBS course with a 94% total score. As mentioned earlier i strive to make sure people have a great time when i'm around. Which is why bartending seemed like a great job for me. As a person i'm hardworking, quick to learn and hungry to learn more. I've never had a bartending job before the course, yet i feel like i've already learned a lot in just 4 weeks. I do know that i of course still have lots to learn in the bartending industry, but all i'm asking for is the chance to do that ;) One of the aspects of bartending that i feel like i've mastered in my training is the perfect balance between making the cocktails quick whilst keeping it a 100% quality drink. As mentioned earlier i'm a hardworking guy and even though i've never had a job as a bartender before, i still think that some of my previous jobs can relate to the work ethics of a bartender. My most recent job was at piece rates which meant i had to work in a high tempo, but still keep the product perfect. Having this incorporated in my work style already, helped me to understand the mind of a bartender during my course. So if you're looking for a bartender that always strives to perform his best, who ain't afraid of long hours and working in a stressfull work space. Then i'm you're guy :)
