Bartending has always been my passion and interacting with people my intense desire. the quest to understand ingredients and alcohol profile has been the trigger factor for me to choose bartending as a career.
koi barand pub :its an night pub were i worked for 7months and i had working as a freelancer for more than 3 months. . innovating new concoctions by blending various flavours, ingredidents and beverages and placing the same beverages in the menu following the tyechinque of menu engineering. .prompt maintenance of inventory(alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages)by updating the rise and fall of stock regularly. .working in close co-ordination with the restaurant and bar manager to organise theme events, thus increasing revenue .up_selling and promoting of cocktail and dishes to all hotel guest to generate revenue.
