Hi i´m Lenny a bartender from Barcelona, for me the most important thing is the good atmosphere at work, always positive no matter what, creative and smiley person. Half argentinian half italian i lived 15 years in Spain.
I had experiencies in this industry since i started to work at the age of 15, with time and hard work i improved my skylls. In my last job i had to run the restaurant as a manager so then i learned that people need to be motivated for the job you have to love what you doing. So in conclusion passion, hard work and keep yourself humble to stay learning are for me the best skylls.
