Hello, I'm Alexis.
I'm a down-to earth, but committed and sociable bar-tender from Cape Town, South Africa. I have a passion for languages and good wine.
Prior to coming to Barcelona and completing my EBS diploma, I had the opportunity to work as a bartender for two of the best and most exciting cocktail bars in south Africa. The first, Orphanage cocktail emporium, won the prize for the best high volume cocktail bar in South Africa, and the second, The Botanical Bar, is known for it's wide variety of locally inspired cocktails made with homemade bitters and shrubs of varying taste and flavor profiles. Working in these two distinct bars has instilled in me a love for craft bar tending and a work ethic that makes me qualified to work in any bar, no matter how demanding the job.
