My first experience was in a Parisian restaurant / brasserie, the Rural by Marc Veyrat, where I was able to start putting into practice the various skills I learned during my training. I also developed new ones there by discovering new aspects of bar management such as inventory keeping, experiencing the rhythm of the restaurant industry firsthand as well as customer contact. My second experience was abroad in the restaurant of a hotel in Wellington, New Zealand, the Hippopotamus Restaurant. There I was able to put into practice the knowledge I had from my previous experience in order to have work experience abroad.
