My name is Gustav. I'm turning 20 this year and absolutely loved EBS Barcelona (especially the gin theory and tasting!). I am often described as charming and a good listener - my biggest joy is travelling, languages and meeting new people!

During school, I did apprenticeships at restaurants and am used to making the most of the space I have while still being effective. Having many younger siblings used to bring a lot of stress in my everyday life, with things constantly happening. But over the years I have learned to focus on what's important in different situations and sticking to my task, while still making sure everyone is acknowledged. I think this is a very important skill in bartending as stress is part of the job. - A big family and some experience in restaurant business has brought me to a conclusive main goal to, in every given situation; make sure everyone is comfortable with or without compromise for me or them.
