Hello, I'm Seraina.

I'm an open-minded, young bartender seeking to gain some experience in bartending and travel the world.

Different tastes and nuances always fascinated me, therefore I spent quite some time with cooking and also got into making drinks by the age me and my friends started experiencing spirits and it's varieties. Since then I always preferred taking my time in order to have a more pleasant drink than just drinking some random mixture that would give nothing but a headache in the morning. I didn't think of becoming an bartender until I had to work for my soccer team at a festival and was pretty much plunged in at the deep end. I had to make simple drinks like tequila sunrises or aperol spritzes, but I got the hang on it and enjoyed it so much that I bought my own bar kit. That was when I got the idea about being a bartender. A friend of mine then recommended me EBS and without thinking too long about it I signed up for EBS Amsterdam. I'm eager to learn a lot more and gain some experience.
