Hello, I'm Dougie.
I am a 23-year-old Bartender who has a passion for the industry. I love playing with new and old flavour combinations to create new drinks! I have completed the 4 week Bartender course, 2 day mixology course and the Advanced course.
My experiences have bought me as far as the little town I grew up in can! I work full time in the only bar selling cocktails. Now, I believe it is time to spread out and learn from creative and innovative barman around the country (England) and the globe. I am looking for a job that will enable me to continue my studies, creativity but also has a good feel about the place, a nice atmosphere. And, one that pushes the barriers, isn't afraid to try that new flavour combination. My hard working, lively personality will settle me in straight away so we can get down to the important issue, making customers have the best experience possible!
