Hello, I'm Maximilian.

Enthusiastic and friendly bartender from Stockholm, Sweden, that loves meeting new people! I am good at working in teams and I always try to help my fellow employees if I've got the time, even if their tasks aren't among mine.

I have not previously worked in a bar outside of my practice bar, however I have worked as a waiter in multiple cafés, restaurants and inns, helping out inside the bar from time to time and also doing barista work, which has given me experience in working as a team behind the bar as well as allowing me to observe bartenders at work, learning from them. I am used to working with people since I have worked a lot as event staff at conventions and company events. What I love about working with service is all the different kinds of interesting people you get to meet. It gives me a chance to learn a lot about different personalities, nationalities, traditions and how to effectively create connections with people beyond regular chit-chatting. What's great about bar tending is that it combines my interest in cocktail-making with my interest in meeting new people and giving others a pleasant experience.
