Hello, I'm Jose.
Passionate about all food and drinks, parings, subtle differences and twists. Love the challenge presented by high volume establishments as well as the intimacy of a local pub.
From working a summer job in a country pub to being a supervisor in a million pound profit pub in London I have developed a passion for bartending and the industry over all. This in combination with an ethic of always arriving early for a shift, always finding work to do, always helping out my colleagues and other managers when needed allowed me to attain a supervisor role within a year of working at my second pub. I am not only a fast and efficient worker behind the bar, but a diligent mentor for new team members and qualified in bar management as a duty manager. I take every mistake I make as a opportunity to learn from. I enjoy the challenge of learning new skills and abilities and helping to fulfil the potential of any establishment.
