Hello, I'm Dillan.
Bartender from South Africa. I have spent time in the wine regions of South Africa learning about wine culture. I currently study at Edinburgh University with the possibility of working a bartending job on the side.
I started my bartending career as a trainee bartender at a False Bay rugby club in Cape Town. After I completed my EBS course I went on to work as a bartender on a cruise boat (MV Makumbi) on the Zambezi river in Livingstone, Zambia.
