Since I turned 18 years old I've been happily working in the hospitality industry. My passion for travel helped me discover my new passion for bartending. I love making drinks to perfection and a little bit of flair didn't hurt anyone!
When I turned 18 I was lucky enough to get a job at Crinitis restaurant in Parramatta. Main reason I feel privileged to have worked their because right away they set the bar and standards high, not just for my professionalism but my productivity, speed, efficacy whilst keeping the customer occupied with small portions of conversation. I was lucky to work in this establishment for 2 years, As an all rounder. Roles included, Supervisor, host, bartender and order taker. As restaurants is mainly a night gig. I also found extra work in the day time as a barista at manellies cafe in Oatlands. I was head barista. I worked their for 1 year. Though, I'd have to say my most experience work I've had was when i opened up my own burger truck 'Whatever burger joint' at the start of 2017. This taught me so much about the management of business and the importance in great customer service. Even though this does not relate to working experience, though I have also been lucky enough to be traveling and living in Europe for 5 months in 2018! Though I feel like this experience is directly relevant for the characteristics of a bartender as it gives me the ability to relate with customers and provide them with interesting conversation as I prepare them cocktails. This will give myself and your business an advantage by providing customers their own unique experience at your venue!
