Hello, I'm Joshua.
I am new in The industry but already have experiences in hospitality. When I worked in the bar of a restaurant it was more about tapping beer and serving wine, what does not really satisfied me. I found my passion in making good cocktails for my friends and decided to make my hobby to my job. During the EBS Course I fall even more in love with this profession because I saw how much fun it can make to create new cocktails. Moreover the 2 Days Mixology course showed me how crazy you can go with everything. Starting with garnishes to making your own ingredients like shrubs, licours and even spirits. I moved to Barcelona for the summer and would like to find a Job in a good bar where I can learn a lot. However I don't speak Spanish so I would like to start a Spanish course as soon as possible to improve my language skills.
