hi I'm looking for a job as a barman or as a staff chief in the United States where I would like to continue this education and become a teacher one day. My past experiences have led me to always give what I got to learn and to collaborate
As a work experience I had: I worked in a bar / club for a year in the province of Pisa, then I worked in the most popular bar in the city of Pisa for 11 months with a collaborative team of 13 people; Here I learned to work very quickly and all the dynamics of cafeterias and cocktail-bars. I can manage a bar counter independently. Then I opened a bar and restaurant in the outskirts of my area and I learned to manage both the local staff and staff of a staff of 5 perosne; we served from breakfast to about 50 meals a day and finally the aperitifs and cocktail bars in the evening. This experience was the most formative of my life. Now I am ready to transmit what I have learned and in turn learn what the craft still preserves.
