Hello, I'm Jesse.

I have six years of experience in Hospitality and when I was age 18, I moved to Central London by myself and have been a bartender for the three years since. I have a strong background in mixology and have mastered just under 250 classic and contemporary cocktails in a fast paced and pressure filled environment. Throughout my time in the UK, I have worked my way up from the bottom. I started by collecting glasses and barbacking, and worked all the way to head bartender and In-store trainer within a year and a half. I have had many enlightening experiences that have strengthened me on both a personal and professional level. I have encountered a variety of challenging scenarios including, but not limited to, customer complaints, money and stock discrepancies, and first aid emergencies, all of which have better prepared me for any future dilemmas I should encounter. During these years of working and teaching, my skills and passion have only grown. I am a fast learner with a compelling eagerness to entertain my guests and do my best to exceed their expectations and needs. By working at both a “coyote ugly style” party bar and a high-end exclusive restaurant, I have developed many different customer service techniques and a great sense of when to use them.
