I moved to London two years ago to improve my bar skills and try to start my career in this business. I always worked in the hospitality during my studies so I decided to suspend them and focus only in this my passion. I started as junior bartender in the Urban Coterie, top floor restaurant in the M By Montcalm Hotel in Shoreditch and after few months I have been promoted first as Bartender and then I reach the position as Supervisor. During this period I learned a different style of work, new tecniques and improved my English. Then, after my quick achievement the management moved me in the busier bar on the groundfloor where with the bar manager we ran the bar. I was in charge for the orders and the bar when the manager was off. Ensuring all the day-by-day operations were completed for a smooth service.
