Hello, I'm Gaetan.
I'm a person full of vigor and energy, and preparing cocktails is an art for me with rules to respect, and eyes to enlight. I'm specially fond of spirits like Vodka and Gin, because these are perfect to marry with great liquors and fruits.
I'm disciplined, creative and innovative. I can work fast and precisely as i'm practicing bartending in my daily life as a job and as a Hobby. I'm really friendly, polite and respectful to whoever i meet. And of course, motivated to work. I used to work behind the bar in some private parties, it first gave me an interest for the bartending community. Once completing my course to become a graduated bartender, working in a classy environment as the Napoleon which is a famous establishment in Nîmes, opened my eyes on the reality of the job, preparing and serving cocktails have to be a show in itself for me, and i add vigor and will to my preparations. While staying always calm, acting intelligent and preparing beautifully.
