My name is Andrea Felipe Pantaleoni I'm Italian and I am 28 years old. I am an enthusiastic and extroverted person who always seek new experiences and challenges both in my everyday life and in my work. I am capable of working with excellent organizational abilities, I can work on my own initiative and I can deal with difficult situations both related to the other members of the staff and the clients. I enjoy working in a team because I have the chance to share my opinions and interact with others; I am an outgoing person and I have good communication skills. I am responsible and I can learn fast.Over the last seven years, I had the possibility to work not only in Italy, but also in UK and Spain. These experiences gave me a challenge and enrich me both on the personal and professional sides. They gave me the opportunity to improve my skills, my technique, and my knowledge. I’ve started studying Spanish and I am aiming to reach a good oral and written level. I lived in the UK for a year and a half and I have reached a good level in English so now I can speak it fluently. I am looking for a job that can allow me to improve my abilities, skills behind and outside the bar station, and my service to the customers.
