I've been working in Japan and France, which were really different experiences, that taught me different ways to focus on guests. Working in Japan was a wonderful experience to discover typical alcohols and drinks, ways of consumption, that influence me a lot when it comes to taste and imagine cocktails. As for my job in France, it taught me to be resistant (venue was on 3 floors), good at team working and confident. That job also confirmed my willingness to work behind the bar.
