I have good communication skills gained through my work experience as barman. In this work I'm always in contact with other people and this give me the opportunity to overcome my shyness. I have very good organisational skills. In my works I organised my works to myself. I was the responsible of the bar so I checked not only that the bar works good but also that everything that was necessary to work is ordered. I was able to work in a team, collaborating with other team members and if was necessary I can assume the role of leader.
