I get my diploma in hotel and F&B in Italy; then I started to work in the kitchen, after few years I realise that environment was too strict for me and in the same time there was a opportunity to take over of my family hotel (because my parents move on). After 8 year of doing that, I move to Singapore working as catering manager and captain in a Michelin star restaurant. After that I came back to Italy working in the hotel because I thought was my time to come back... but after 2 years I understood that my life is not here anymore... it’s my time to build my own future and spend all my energy outside Italy in a international community and if it’s possible get more regular job like office position.
